When will my order ship:
- Most Anneaux items ship immediately, however some items are made to order and ship within four to six weeks from the order being placed.
- You will receive an email confirming your shipment and a second email once your shipment has left our warehouse.
- All items are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Where do you ship:
- Currently, we ship anywhere within the United States [including Hawaii and Alaska].
- We do not ship outside the United States at this time. Please check back often as we will be expanding our shipping zones.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Lost or stolen packages:
- Anneaux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
- You may contact our support team at ice@anneauxjewelry.com and we will assist you in locating your package.
RETURNS
What is your return/exchange policy:
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for an exchange or store credit to use on future purchases. We do not offer refunds at this time.
- Please return your items within 30 days from the date the order your order was received. Please make sure returns are shipped securely as Anneaux is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- All items must be returned unworn, have no signs of wear or damage and packaged with the original contents and paperwork.

Engraved, monogrammed, initials and custom items:
- All personalized and custom items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
