ORDER FULFILLMENT

Anneaux believes in small batch production, which puts less strain on the environment, raw materials and the supply chain.  If the item is in stock, you will receive your tracking details in 3-5 business days. If the item is not in stock and has to be made especially for you, we will ship out within 3 weeks. 

 

PACKAGING

Anneaux has opted for very simple packaging that is 100% recyclable and cost effective so we can pass more of the savings on to you .

 

RETURNS & GIFT RETURNS

Items may be returned for an online credit only [excluding sale or discounted items and personalized items]. If you have received a gift that you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us at ice@anneauxjewelry.com. Include the order number or the name of the purchaser, and we will take care of it quickly and discreetly.

 

REFUNDS

Anneaux does not offer refunds at this time. If you do not completely love your item, you may return it for online credit that can be used at your convenience and never expires.
